Delete account
You can delete your SafarLine account and the personal data associated with it at any time. Deletion is permanent — the account cannot be restored afterwards.
What gets deleted
- profile: name, email, phone number and Google account link;
- favorites, collections and trip plans;
- AI assistant conversations and saved itineraries;
- stamps, badges, reviews and search history;
- notifications and account settings.
What is kept
Booking, payment and City Pass records are kept for accounting and legal requirements, but anonymized so they can no longer be linked to you. Security log entries are deleted automatically after 365 days.
How to delete
In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account.
On the website: sign in to your account and confirm the form below. If you have upcoming active bookings, cancel them first.
Sign in to your account to continue. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it or sign in with Google.
If you cannot access your account at all, write to info@safarline.uz from the email address you registered with.
