Description
The photo gallery occupies the cells of an old caravanserai between the trading domes. Its permanent display gathers rare images of Bukharan life from the late 19th and early 20th centuries, including prints from the collection of colour-photography pioneer Prokudin-Gorsky. Monthly rotating exhibitions present contemporary Uzbek photographers. Fine-art prints and photo books are available for purchase.
