Description
This shop is the official Bukhara outlet of a celebrated potters' dynasty from nearby Gijduvan. The Gijduvan school is known for its green-and-yellow glazes and bird motifs — every platter, bowl and teapot is thrown by hand and twice-fired in a kiln. All glazes are food-safe, and the pieces are meant for daily use, not just display. International shipping can be arranged, with protective packing included free.
