Description
The Plov Centre is where locals themselves queue for lunch. Every morning enormous kazans are set to simmer Bukhara-style plov with carrots and raisins, and by mid-afternoon it is gone. The menu is short by design: plov, achichuk salad, katyk yoghurt and hot bread. The room is plain, but nobody comes for the decor — they come for what many call the most honest plov in town. The open kitchen lets you watch the masters at work.
