Old Bukhara is a two-storey restaurant among the trading domes serving Bukharan classics from original recipes. Signatures include Bukhara plov, dimlama stew, kazan-kabob and bread baked in the tandyr on site. The summer terrace looks onto an old-town lane, while the interior of carved columns and suzani textiles keeps the traditional mood. Live national music plays most evenings.
