Description
Doston House is a family-run restaurant inside a 19th-century house in the old Jewish quarter. The hosts receive guests as they would in their own home: dishes follow grandmothers' recipes and change with the seasons. The house is also known for its cooking classes — guests learn to layer a proper Bukhara plov and then eat what they have made. The guest hall, with its carved and painted ceiling, is a small museum in itself.
